Anne-Sophie Fischer

Anne-Sophie Fischer specialises in advising companies in the infrastructure and telecommunications industries, with a particular focus on fibre-optic technology. This includes advising on commercial and regulatory matters, as well as drafting and negotiating construction contracts, involving general contractors in the process.

Anne-Sophie Fischer’s practice further concentrates on advising clients on international and domestic mergers and acquisitions, as well as on all ongoing corporate law issues.

Anne-Sophie Fischer studied law at Ludwig Maximilian University in Munich (Germany) and also worked there as a research assistant, at the Chair of Constitutional and Administrative Law, where she was for three years responsible for organising the public law exam preparation. During her legal training, which she also carried out in Munich, she already worked for an international law firm in the field of corporate law. Anne-Sophie Fischer joined Luther in June 2023.
