Ann-Kristin Freiheit

Ann-Kristin Freiheit advises domestic and international clients on all matters pertaining to German and European antitrust law, often with an industry focus on the health care sector. She represents clients in antitrust, abuse of market dominance and merger control cases in Germany, the EU and worldwide. In addition, Ann-Kristin Freiheit also assists clients with investment control procedures under German foreign trade and payments law (foreign direct investment - FDI) and with matters related to EU state aid law (in particular, the Foreign Subsidy Regulation - FSR).

Ann-Kristin Freiheit studied law at Philipps University in Marburg (Germany), also completing an additional qualification in pharmaceutical law there.  She was admitted to the German Bar in 2013. Before joining Luther, Ann-Kristin Freiheit worked in the antitrust department of an international commercial law firm.
