Lara Zölck

Lara Zölck advises domestic and international clients on all matters pertaining to German and European antitrust law, often with an industry focus on the health care sector. Her services also include representing clients in merger control proceedings and in investigation and fine proceedings conducted by antitrust authorities. She further advises on how to structure the cooperation between competitors and on the design of distribution and supply agreements. Lara Zölck also supports clients in the context of investment control under German foreign trade law (FDI) as well as in questions of EU state aid law (in particular FSR).

Lara Zölck studied law at the Universities of Münster (Germany) and Bordeaux (France), also completing a two-year subject-specific foreign language training programme in French. She was admitted to the German Bar in 2023. Already during her legal training and before joining Luther, she worked in the antitrust department of an international commercial law firm.
