Areas of practice
With nearly fifteen years' experience advising foreign investors from Europe and Asia on projects and transactions in Vietnam, Quy Le is well placed to assist you. During her time at international law firms, she has advised investors from Belgium and Hong Kong on M&A transactions, the purchase of industrial parks and the establishment of industrial parks and seaports in northern Vietnam, as well as an international card association on launching new card products in Vietnam. She specialises in banking, industrial real estate, M&A, employment and corporate law.
Vita
Quy Le studied Law at the University of Law in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, before moving to France to pursue an LL.M. in International and Comparative Law at the University of Toulouse 1 – Capitole. After passing the bar exam in 2018, she worked for several international law firms before joining Luther in 2024.
