Simon Wickel

Simon Wickel advises national and international companies on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and restructurings, as well as on general corporate law issues. As a member of Luther’s Italian Desk, he has special expertise in German-Italian legal relations, in particular, cross border transactions and corporate governance of Italian group companies in Germany.

Corporate/M&A

Simon Wickel studied law in Freiburg (Germany) and Pisa (Italy). He already worked for Luther during his legal training in the District of the Higher Regional Court of Dusseldorf, also spending part of his legal training working for a leading Italian M&A law firm in Milan.
