Ahmed Zoughbi

Ahmed Zoughbi advises on all matters pertaining to corporate law. He assists and advises in particular national and international companies when planning and carrying out mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and restructurings.

Corporate/M&A

Ahmed Zoughbi studied law with a particular emphasis on German and European company and capital markets law at the University of Osnabrück (Germany) from 2015 to 2021 and, during this period, also completed a supplementary business administration programme.

After passing his first state law exam, Ahmed Zoughbi worked for six months in a regional law firm and notary’s office, where he mainly dealt with matters related to company, contract and insolvency law.

During his legal training at the Higher Regional Court of Oldenburg, Ahmed Zoughbi first worked at a medium-sized law firm in corporate and tax law before joining Luther’s practice group Corporate/M&A as a legal trainee.

Ahmed Zoughbi was admitted to the German Bar in September 2023 und has since worked in Luther’s Dusseldorf office as a member of the Corporate/M&A team.
