The Indian market has significant potential and prospects of high profitability and a favourable regulatory regime for investors. Over the past decade the Indian economy has witnessed a paradigm shift and is on a robust growth track with a diversified industrial base and a stable financial and services sector. India today boasts of a burgeoning annual growth rate, a young and fast-growing market and a liberalised foreign direct investment (FDI) regime.

That way we can immediately respond to questions concerning Indo-German investment decisions and provide our clients with an accurate assessment of the particularities of their investment, no matter where they are located.

We provide the complete range of legal, financial and transaction tax advice to clients doing business in and from India. Thanks to our extensive and long-standing cooperation with renowned Indian law firms and advisors, we can draw on the support of local partners for highly-specialised areas of law and regulatory matters, where necessary. We assist and advise our clients in all stages of the business lifecycle, from the incorporation of an Indian business vehicle through on-going support services such as bookkeeping, accounting, payroll and cash, fund & payment administration up to the dissolution of a company. We have vast experience with acquisitions, joint ventures and other forms of cooperation between German and Indian partners. We conduct due diligence reviews, structure acquisition contracts and advise buyers and vendors in all phases of a transaction. This ranges from contract drafting and negotiation of new ventures to buy-outs and disputes with local partners.
