Vivienne Blank specialises in advising contracting authorities and private-sector clients on drawing up contracts for construction projects. In addition, she also advises during construction, provides change order and claim management, and helps clients enforce payment, warranty and damages claims, in and out of court.
Vivienne Blank studied law at the University of Tübingen and carried out her legal training at the Regional Court of Stuttgart (both Germany). From 2022 to 2025, she worked at Menold Bezler in the areas of private building and architectural law. Vivienne Blank joined Luther’s Stuttgart office in June 2025 and is a member of the building law team.
In addition to working as a lawyer, Vivienne Blank shares her knowledge – in particular in the field of architectural law – as a speaker for the government gazette “Staatsanzeiger”, among others.
