Susanne Winkler, LL.M.

Susanne Winkler mainly advises the public sector and medium-sized companies on matters pertaining to private building and architectural law, with a particular emphasis on providing advice in connection with construction projects, drafting contracts, and enforcing and defending warranty and fee claims.

Real Estate

Susanne Winkler studied law at the University of Freiburg (Germany) until 2020 and then went on to obtain a Master’s degree in International Law from the University of Nottingham (England). After carrying out her legal training at the Regional Court of Stuttgart (Germany), she initially worked for half a year as a research assistant at Luther’s Stuttgart office, supporting the Real Estate team. Susanne Winkler joined Luther as a lawyer in late 2023.
