Sarah Hossenfelder specialises in real estate law. She advises on the drafting of contracts, in particular, real property purchase agreements, developer agreements and commercial leases, and also with regard to real estate transactions.
In addition, Sarah Hossenfelder helps businesses and the public sector develop projects and carry out complex building projects. This includes, amongst other things, providing legal advice during construction and drafting and negotiating contracts, including change management.
Sarah Hossenfelder studied law at Ruhr University in Bochum (Germany) and then carried out her legal training at the Higher Regional Court of Berlin (Germany), which included completing a training period in an international law firm in New York City (USA), amongst other things. Sarah Hossenfelder was admitted to the German Bar in 2012 and joined Luther in 2021.
Before moving to Luther, Sarah Hossenfelder worked as a lawyer in a Berlin law firm that specialised in building law and real estate transactions.
