Dr Joanna Rupa-Sträßer, LL.M.

Dr Joanna Rupa-Sträßer specialises in national and international building and plant construction law. She advises clients during the preparation and implementation of large construction projects. This includes drafting and negotiating contracts and providing change order and claim management services, amongst other things. Her services further include advising on the formation of contracts based on international standard contracts (FIDIC, NEC).

Real Estate

Dr Joanna Rupa-Sträßer studied law in Wrocław (Poland) and Münster (Germany) and then went on to do her doctorate at the University of Osnabrück (Germany). She was admitted to the German Bar in 2014 and joined Luther in 2023. Before moving to Luther, she worked as a lawyer for a commercial law firm in Cologne in the building and plant construction department in Cologne (Germany).
