Dirk Fischer is Managing Director of Luther Public Services GmbH and has many years of experience in managing and controlling complex construction, real estate and infrastructure projects. After training as a chemical-technical assistant, he studied architecture (Dipl.-Ing. (FH)) and is registered as an architect with the North Rhine-Westphalia Chamber of Architects (AKNW).
He began his professional career as a site manager and senior site manager at the engineering firm Schindler (now Schindler & Werb AG), where he was responsible for numerous large-scale projects in the commercial, office property and luxury residential complex sectors in Frankfurt and the surrounding area from 1994 to 1999. He then worked as a project manager – from Experienced Senior to Director – at Arthur Andersen, later Ernst & Young, from 1999 to 2002. During this time, he took on the overall project management for the Deutsche Post headquarters in Bonn (Post Tower), the tallest office building in North Rhine-Westphalia.
