Morten Steimann

Morten Steimann focuses his practice on real estate law. He assists his clients in particular in the areas of building and commercial landlord and tenant law with the drafting and review of contracts and the enforcement of claims. In addition, he also advises the public sector, especially on projects regarding building planning law.

Morten Steimann studied law at the University of Münster (Germany), specialising in public business law. Whilst at university, he also worked at the Institute of International Business Law. After graduating from university, he carried out  his legal training at the Regional Court of Münster, part of which involved working in a medium-sized commercial law firm. Prior to joining Luther’s Essen office, Morten Steimann worked for about two years as a lawyer in a Münster-based law firm that specialised in building law.
