Dr Jan-David Jäger specialises in labour and corporate law. He is particularly experienced in providing legal advice in the healthcare sector and has obtained additional qualifications as a certified hospital manager (mibeg institute).
Vita
Dr Jan-David Jäger studied law at the University of Leipzig (Germany) and then worked as a research assistant to Prof. Dr Boemke, Chair of Civil, Employment and Social Law at the University of Leipzig, where he also did his doctorate. Jan-David Jäger carried out his legal training at the Higher Regional Court of Hamm (Germany), which also included a training period at the Canadian German Chamber of Industry and Commerce (CGCIC) in Toronto (Canada). He was admitted to the German Bar in 2020 and initially worked for a commercial law firm in Munich (Germany) before moving to Luther in 2021.
