Dr Stephan Rippert advises on international and national transactions and joint ventures. This includes advising on the entire transaction process. He further advises companies, particularly in the media, energy and telecommunications industries, on commercial and regulatory matters. He also served on the supervisory board of a start-up in the fibre optics/infrastructure sector and has a very active international advisory practice, primarily in the areas of TMT, fibre optics and energy.

Vita

Dr Stephan Rippert studied law at the Universities of Mainz and Munich (both Germany) and at McGeorge School of Law, California (USA). He is admitted to practise law in both Germany and the USA (New York). Stephan Rippert worked for four years as General Counsel for an American media company in Germany and New York. He was also a partner responsible for setting up the German office of a large international US law firm in Germany. Stephan Rippert joined Luther in September 2020.
