Henrike Tröger advises on all aspects of public procurement law. She assists contracting authorities with complex procurement projects, regularly performing the function of external procurement office in this context. In this role, she is in particular responsible for ensuring that procurement procedures are organised and carried out in conformity with the law.
Henrike Tröger studied law at Martin Luther University Halle-Wittenberg (Germany). She first worked at Luther as a research assistant, prior to commencing her legal training. Henrike Tröger carried out her legal training in the Free State of Saxony (Germany), in the district of the Leipzig Regional Court, part of which involved working once more in Luther’s Leipzig office, where she focused on public procurement law.
