Lilith Boos advises companies and individuals on all matters pertaining to energy law, as well as on German and European antitrust law. She also represents clients in procedures before the competent regulatory authorities and in legal court proceedings.
Lilith Boos studied law, with an emphasis on German and European environmental, planning and technology law, at the University of Bielefeld (Germany) from 2013 to 2019. After passing her first state law exam, she worked as a research assistant in the area of public business law, in particular energy law, at an internationally operating commercial law firm. Her legal training in the District of the Higher Regional Court of Dusseldorf (Germany) included training periods at Luther and in the legal department of a large German energy provider, amongst others. Lilith Boos joined Luther as a lawyer in 2023.
