Stephanie Quaß advises and represents national and international clients in all matters of civil litigation, arbitration and alternative dispute resolution. She focuses on highly complex national and cross-border disputes, as well as on enforcement law.
Moreover, Stephanie Quaß has extensive experience in the coordination and handling of mass claims, including the use of LegalTech solutions.
Stephanie Quaß studied law at Goethe University in Frankfurt (Germany) and at Levin College of Law, University of Florida (USA), focusing on general civil law and private international law. Whilst studying and carrying out her legal training, Stephanie Quaß did internships with two law firms in Brisbane (Australia) and worked at the German Embassy in Vienna (Austria) and at the Federal Ministry of Justice and Consumer Protection in Berlin (Germany). She speaks German and English.
Stephanie Quaß joined Luther in 2017 and has since been a member of the firm’s Complex Disputes team.
