Pieter Krüger provides comprehensive advice on commercial and distribution law. His expertise covers a wide range of commercial law issues, such as the drafting and negotiation of contracts along the supply chain. In addition, he advises on all aspects of distribution law and distribution antitrust law, in particular on the distribution of goods and services by importers, authorised dealers and commercial agents, as well as on the establishment of new distribution systems and the day-to-day business of our clients.
Pieter Krüger studied law at Johannes Gutenberg University Mainz, specialising in antitrust and competition law as well as international private and procedural law. He also studied German and foreign law at Johannes Gutenberg University Mainz and the University of Glasgow, obtaining a Master of Laws degree. Since October 2018, he has been a lawyer at a large international law firm specialising in distribution and distribution cartel law. Pieter Krüger joined Luther in July 2025.
