Dr Andreas Blunk provides expert advice in M&A for both buyers and sellers. Besides domestic transactions, he specialises in cross-border projects. As a civil-law notary, Andreas Blunk deals with contract drafting and the official recording of share purchase agreements, real property transactions, the formation and restructuring of companies, and deeds for private persons.
Dr Andreas Blunk was born in 1974. After completing his vocational education in banking, he studied law in Hannover (Germany) and Nottingham (England). As part of his legal training, he worked at the Federal Constitutional Court. After successfully completing his legal training, Andreas Blunk started his career at Hengeler Mueller before joining Luther as a lawyer in 2006. He is assistant lecturer for German Corporate Law at the University of Hanover.
