Dr Julian Schüßler advises on national and international corporate transactions (M&A) on behalf of buyers and sellers. He also advises on general commercial and corporate law issues.

Vita

Dr Julian Schüßler studied law at Leibniz University Hannover, specialising in trade, economics and business, and then completed his doctorate in commercial law under Prof. Dr Oppermann. During his legal training in the district of the Higher Regional Court of Celle, he worked at Luther in Hanover and at a large law firm in Hamburg, both in the corporate/M&A department. He has been working as a lawyer at Luther in Hanover in the corporate/M&A department since 2025.
