Noël Schleehuber advises on all aspects of corporate law with a focus on the formation of companies, reorganizations, corporate governance and shareholder disputes.
His practice also includes advising on corporate law disputes before state courts and arbitration tribunals.
Noël Schleehuber studied law at the University of Konstanz. After his legal clerkship at the Higher Regional Court of Karlsruhe, where he worked for a major law firm and a DAX company, he completed an LL.M. degree with a focus on litigation/arbitration and corporate governance at the University of Central Lancashire in Cyprus.
Before joining Luther in 2025, he worked for a German Landesbank.
