Roberto Pirschel is specialized in litigation for mass action and complex claims. He advises clients in corporate and commercial law, with a particular interest expanding into the Indo-German investment and consulting space, supporting companies, investors, and entrepreneurs in navigating cross-border legal, regulatory, and strategic matters between Germany and India.
Vita
Law studies at Leipzig University (2009–2015), followed by legal traineeship in Higher Regional Court Dresden (Chemnitz, 2015–2017). Admitted to the Bar in 2018. Associated with Luther Law Firm since 2018, serving from 2018–2020 and again from 2021–2025. Since 2026, part of Luther India.
