Dr Hans-Peter Hufschlag is specialized in preparing and reviewing distributorship agreements (individual agreements and general business terms), advising creditors in the event of a debtor's - potential - insolvency, in litigation and in the settlement of extrajudicial disputes in commercial law, corporate law and bankruptcy law matters. Dr Hufschlag is a member of the Commercial Service Line.

Dr Hans-Peter Hufschlag studied law in Cologne from 1984 until 1990 and earned his PhD at the chair of Professor Dr. Dr h.c. mult. Klaus Stern in constitutional law I. He was admitted to the bar in 1998 and has been a member of Luther and its predecessor law firms ever since.
