Kerstin Belovitzer advises national and international companies on all aspects of employment law, as well as on the related economic and strategic issues. She primarily provides on-going legal advice to companies in the areas of individual employment law and works constitution law. Her daily work further includes providing employment law advice during transactions, as well as advising on company pension schemes and social security law issues. Kerstin Belovitzer advises on how to draft employment contracts and on the termination of employment contracts and service agreements. This regularly includes representing her clients in labour court disputes.
Kerstin Belovitzer was born in 1985. She studied law at the University of Tübingen (Germany) and then carried out her legal training at the Regional Court of Stuttgart (Germany), which also included working for Luther Rechtsanwaltsgesellschaft mbH. In both state bar examinations, her focus was on employment law. Kerstin Belovitzer carried out part of her training in Spain and at a business law firm in New York (USA). She was admitted to the German Bar in February 2013 and has worked for Luther ever since.
