Kerstin Belovitzer-Franz advises national and international companies, in particular logistics companies and companies from the supply industry, on all aspects of individual and collective employment law, as well as on the related economic and strategic issues.
Her legal practice focuses on providing companies with ongoing advice, and representation in labour court, on matters relating to service and employment relationships, including with regard to collective bargaining agreements, and across all aspects of works constitution law, in particular in connection with codetermination by the works council, works agreements and the negotiation of reconciliation-of-interests agreements and social compensation plans. Kerstin Belovitzer-Franz has many years of experience advising on the employment law aspects of mergers and acquisitions and restructurings.
Her knowledge of the social security laws relevant to employers completes her advisory services.
Kerstin Belovitzer-Franz studied law at the University of Tübingen (Germany) and then carried out her legal training at the Regional Court of Stuttgart (Germany). In both state law examinations, her focus was on employment law. Kerstin Belovitzer-Franz carried out part of her training in Spain and at a business law firm in New York (USA). She joined Luther as a lawyer in 2013.
