Guido Hoffmann has more than two decades of experience in advising demanding clients on national and international transactions.

He advises banks, alternative lenders, companies and investors on complex financing and M&A transactions, including crisis, reorganization and restructuring advice.

He also regularly advises clients on cash management and other corporate finance issues.

Vita

Dr. Guido Hoffmann was admitted to the bar in 2003. After working for Gleiss Lutz and Clifford Chance in Frankfurt, London and Düsseldorf, he was a partner at Heuking in Düsseldorf from 2012 to 6/2025. He studied law at the University of Münster and obtained a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from Cornell University in 2001 before receiving his doctorate from the University of Hanover in 2003. He regularly publishes on banking and financing law topics.
