Dr Jan-Moritz M. Hahn advises companies on all aspects of individual and collective employment law and on dispute resolution, in and out of court.

Vita

Dr Jan-Moritz M. Hahn studied law with an emphasis on employment and social law at Friedrich Schiller University in Jena (Germany) and also wrote his doctoral thesis there. Part of his legal training, where the emphasis was once again on employment law, involved working in nationwide operating commercial law firms and at the Ministry of Social Affairs, Health, Labour and Family of the Free State of Thuringia (Germany). Jan-Moritz M. Hahn joined Luther as an Associate in 2025.
