Dominik Ledwon advises national and international clients on all aspects of individual and collective employment law.

Dominik Ledwon studied law at the University of Trier (Germany) from 2007 to 2013, focussing on employment and social law. He carried out his legal training at the Higher Regional Court of Düsseldorf (Germany). Furthermore, he successfully completed an LL.M. programme in employment law at the University of East Anglia in Norwich (England). During the period between passing his second state law exam and commencing his LL.M. programme, Dominik Ledwon worked as an in-house jurist in the area of employment and personnel law at Peek & Cloppenburg KG in Düsseldorf, where he had also completed part of his legal training. In addition, he has experience negotiating IT-related issues with the general works council and the group works council of a DAX 30 group of companies. Dominik Ledwon joined Luther in 2018.
