Sophie Haeberlein

Sophie Haeberlein advises clients on all matters pertaining to individual and collective employment law, with a special focus on works constitution law and industrial action issues.

Employment Law

After spending some time living abroad in Australia, Sophie Haeberlein studied law at the University of Leipzig (Germany), focusing on labour and employment law with a particular emphasis on industrial action. Part of her legal training at the Higher Regional Court of Dresden – Leipzig involved  working in a renowned law firm and at the German Federal Foreign Office in Berlin (Germany). Sophie Haeberlein joined Luther in February 2024.
