Jutta Pehle advises clients on all matters relating to individual and collective employment law, as well as on complex disputes in all areas of civil litigation, arbitration and alternative dispute resolution.
Vita
Jutta Pehle studied law at the University of Cologne. She then completed an internship at the Court of Justice of the European Union in Luxembourg and obtained an LL.M. from the University of Amsterdam, specialising in EU competition law and regulation.
During her studies, she gained practical experience as a research assistant in a law firm specialising in labour law. Her legal training at the Higher Regional Court of Cologne included placements at a large law firm in Düsseldorf specialising in public commercial law and at the Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Energy in the area of litigation.
Since being admitted to the bar in January 2026, Jutta Pehle has been working at Luther's Cologne office.
