Sandra Sfinis advises companies on all matters pertaining to individual employment and works constitution law. This includes, inter alia, drafting service and employment contracts, negotiating works agreements and representing her clients on arbitration committees. Sandra Sfinis additionally advises on the restructuring of companies and on business transfers, which includes providing strategic advice and negotiating reconciliation-of-interests agreements and social plans and assisting with the implementation of staff measures. Another focus of her advisory services is on employment litigation.
Sandra Sfinis studied law at the Christian-Albrechts-Universität zu Kiel, Germany, from 2001 to 2006. Following her traineeship with the Higher Regional Court (Oberlandesgericht) Schleswig-Holstein, she was admitted to the German Bar in 2009. Before working for Luther she worked for a regional law firm in the employment and corporate law departments as well as in the corporate insolvency and reorganisation departments. Sandra Sfinis joined Luther in 2010.
Her clients include national and international, predominantly medium-sized companies in the fields of trade, banking and insurance, technology, health and social services, logistics, and personnel services, as well as a consulate general.
