Sandra Sfinis

Sandra Sfinis advises companies on all matters pertaining to individual employment and works constitution law. This includes, amongst other things, drafting service and employment contracts, negotiating works agreements and representing her clients on conciliation committees. Sandra Sfinis additionally advises on corporate restructurings of companies and on business transfers, which includes providing strategic advice, negotiating reconciliation-of-interests agreements and social compensation plans, and assisting with the implementation of staff measures. Sandra Sfinis further concentrates her legal practice on employment litigation. Her clients include domestic and international, mostly mid-sized, companies in, inter alia, the health and social services, banking and insurance, technology, personnel services and trade sectors.

Employment Law

Sandra Sfinis studied law at the University of Kiel (Germany) from 2001 to 2006. Following her legal training at the Higher Regional Court of Schleswig-Holstein (Germany), she was admitted to the German Bar in 2009. Before moving to Luther, she worked for a regional law firm in the areas of employment and corporate law, as well as in the field of corporate insolvency and reorganisation. Sandra Sfinis joined Luther in 2010.

Her clients include national and international, predominantly medium-sized companies in the fields of trade, banking and insurance, technology, health and social services, logistics, and personnel services, as well as a consulate general.
