Vita

Kristina Gutzke studied law at the University of Hamburg (Germany), focusing on international private and procedural law and on shaping the law. Part of her legal training at the Regional Court of Kiel (Germany) involved working in the IP/IT and data protection department of a medium-sized law firm, as well as in the Employment Law practice group at Luther. Kristina Gutzke started her career as a lawyer in a Hamburg law firm that specialised in employment law before moving to Luther in 2025.
