Dr Delia Jusciak advises companies on all matters pertaining to individual and collective employment law and dispute resolution, in and out of court.

Employment Law

Dr Delia Jusciak studied law with an emphasis on company law at the University of Leipzig (Germany), where she also wrote her doctoral thesis following graduation. She carried out her legal training – part of which involved working in a business law firm that operated nationwide and in the legal department of an international company – with a focus on employment law. Delia Jusciak joined Luther as a lawyer in 2024.
