Daniel Greger advises companies, managing directors and executives on all aspects of individual and collective employment law.
He primarily assists his clients with transactions, staff reductions and restructurings and provides strategic advice on the optimisation of work environments. Daniel Greger’s main focus is on helping clients handle separation scenarios and staff reductions by conducting the related negotiations in a solution-oriented manner.
Daniel Greger studied law at the University of Hamburg (Germany), focusing on employment law as it relates to corporate law. Whilst at university, he worked for four and a half years on a part-time basis for a globally operating producer of consumer goods and health technology. Part of his legal training involved working in the legal department of a university hospital, where he dealt primarily with employment law issues, and at the chamber for commercial matters of a regional court. Daniel Greger was admitted to the German Bar in 2021 and joined Luther the same year. Daniel Greger has been a certified specialist in employment law since 2024.
