Martina Ziffels

Martina Ziffels advises domestic and international companies on all matters pertaining to individual and collective employment law. This includes, amongst other things, drafting service and employment contracts, negotiating cancellation agreements and, in the field of collective employment law, negotiating works agreements and providing representation on conciliation committees. Martina Ziffels further concentrates her legal practice on providing assistance during restructurings and advising on the employment law aspects of mergers and acquisitions. In employment disputes, she regularly represents her clients in court.

Employment Law

Martina Ziffels studied law at the University of Bonn (Germany) and carried out her legal training at the Hanseatic Higher Regional Court in Hamburg (Germany). She was admitted to the German Bar in 2004 and joined Luther or its respective predecessor firm the same year. Martina Ziffels has been a certified specialist in employment law since 2010.
