Paula Sophie Kurth
Areas of practice
Paula Sophie Kurth advises on all matters relating to individual and collective employment law. This includes, in particular, advice on contract drafting, dismissals and compliance-related issues. She also represents clients in proceedings before employment and civil courts.
Vita
Paula Sophie Kurth studied law at the University of Cologne and in Lisbon. She subsequently worked as a research assistant in Luther’s Berlin employment law team from 2022 to 2024. She completed her legal training at the Berlin Court of Appeal, with placements at the administration of the German Bundestag, in the employment law department of a major international commercial law firm, and in Brussels. Paula Sophie Kurth has been admitted to the bar since 2026 and is once again working at Luther in this capacity.
