Caroline Risse advises companies on all matters pertaining to individual and collective employment law, including the drafting of contracts, co-determination issues and terminations. She also regularly represents companies before labour and regional labour courts. In addition, Caroline Risse advises her clients on collective bargaining agreements and on legal issues related to industrial action.
Caroline Risse studied law with a particular emphasis on employment law in Heidelberg (Germany) and Lille (France). After graduating from university, she worked as a research assistant in employment law in the Berlin office of a commercial law firm. Caroline Risse carried out her legal training at the Higher Regional Court of Berlin (Germany), which included training periods in the Administration of the German Parliament (Deutscher Bundestag) and in the employment law department of a German commercial law firm, among others. Caroline Risse was admitted to the German Bar in 2021 and joined Luther the same year. Since 2024, she has additionally been a certified specialist in employment law.
