Caroline Risse advises on all matters pertaining to individual and collective employment law. Her focus areas include drafting employment contracts, assisting with terminations and dealing with works constitution and social security law issues. She also acts as a litigator, representing her clients in labour, social and civil courts.
Caroline Risse studied law in Heidelberg (Germany) and in Lille (France). She carried out her legal training at the Court of Appeal in Berlin (Germany), which included training periods in the Administration of the German Parliament (Deutscher Bundestag) and in the employment law department of an corporate law firm, among others.
Caroline Risse joined Luther in 2021.
