Jan Hufert

Jan Hufert advises on all matters pertaining to individual and collective employment law. He concentrates his legal practice on dispute resolution, in and out of court. This also regularly includes representing clients before labour courts.

Employment Law

Jan Hufert studied law at the University of Hamburg (Germany), with a special focus on employment law, including as it relates to company law. His legal training at the Regional Court of Münster (Germany) included working for the employment law team of a medium-sized law firm, amongst others. Prior to joining Luther in 2023, Jan Hufert was a compliance lawyer at a law firm in Hamburg.
