Pauline Müller’s practice includes advising companies on matters pertaining to public business and general and special administrative law, as well as providing representation in administrative dispute proceedings. In addition, she also assists companies in connection with the transformation to carbon neutrality, for example, in the fields of immission control, carbon storage and mining law.
Pauline Müller studied law at the University of Münster (Germany) from 2013 to 2018, with an emphasis on international law. Whilst at university, she also spent a semester studying abroad at Paris Nanterre University (France). From 2016 to 2017, Pauline Müller worked at the Chair of Environmental and Planning Law held by Prof. Dr Schlacke. After passing her first state law exam, she carried out her legal training at the Regional Court of Münster, part of which involved working at the Ministry for the Environment of the German state of North Rhine-Westphalia. Pauline Müller was admitted to the German Bar in June 2021, having previously successfully completed her legal training by passing her second state law exam, and has been working for Luther ever since. In addition to working as a lawyer, she also teaches environmental law.
