Liv Rettberg provides comprehensive advice on all issues relating to environmental and climate protection law. She also supports companies in particular with legal issues relating to the introduction of carbon capture and utilization (CCU) and carbon capture and storage (CCS). Another focus of her work is advising on the subsidy program for climate protection agreements.
Liv Rettberg completed her law degree at Georg August University in Göttingen. After successfully passing her first state examination, she initially worked at an international commercial law firm before beginning her legal clerkship at the Higher Regional Court in Celle. As part of her training, she completed placements at a commercial law firm and in the legal department of an international project developer, among others. After successfully completing her second state examination, Liv Rettberg worked as a lawyer in a commercial law firm for ten months. She joined the team at Luther Rechtsanwaltsgesellschaft mbH in 2026.
