David Nückel

David Nückel advises businesses and individuals on all matters pertaining to energy law and on German and European antitrust law. He also represents clients in proceedings before the competent regulatory authorities and in court litigation.

David Nückel studied law with an emphasis on international law at the University of Münster (Germany). Whilst at university, he spent a semester studying abroad, at the University of Helsinki (Finland), and also took part in a global competition in international commercial law. After working for two years as a research assistant at the Chair of Public, International and European Law of the University of Münster, he carried out his legal training at the Regional Court of Münster. David Nückel joined Luther as a lawyer in 2024.
