Sophie Schulz

Sophie Schulz concentrates her practice on public procurement law and the drafting of contracts. She primarily advises contracting authorities on EU-wide procurement procedures and the implementation of large projects. Her services include, among other things, preparing the tender documents, carrying out the legal evaluation of tenders and conducting the subsequent contract negotiations, as well as dealing with all related questions of public procurement law and project-related issues.

Public Procurement Law

Sophie Schulz studied law at the University of Leipzig (Germany). She then carried out her legal training in the District of the Higher Regional Court of Dresden (Germany), part of which involved working at Leipzig-based VNG AG.

Sophie Schulz joined Luther as a lawyer in January 2022.
