Andrea Heim advises contracting authorities and bidders on Europe-wide and national procurement procedures for the award of construction, supply and service contracts, in all sectors and industries. She concentrates her services on the legally compliant and at the same time solution-orientated implementation of public-sector procurement projects. In addition, drawing on her many years of experience, she also helps bidding companies enforce procurement procedures that are free from errors of law. Further to working as a lawyer, she is actively involved in the working group “Open Source in Municipalities” of the Municipal Administration Management Association (KGSt) and is a regular lecturer and author on topical public procurement issues.

Vita

Andrea Heim is a solicitor and specialist solicitor for public procurement law. She has been working primarily in the field of public procurement law since 2006. In 2019, she moved from the corporate side to the legal profession and most recently worked in a boutique law firm specialising in public procurement, energy and construction law. Since September 2024, Andrea Heim has been part of the nationwide public procurement team at Luther Rechtsanwaltsgesellschaft mbH in Stuttgart and Essen.
