Arne Stumpe advises on all aspects of environmental and climate change law. In addition, he also advises companies on questions of law arising in connection with the introduction of carbon capture and utilisation (CCU) and carbon capture and storage (CCS) technologies. He further specialises in advising on the German carbon contracts for difference (CCfD) scheme.
Arne Stumpe studied law at the University of Osnabrück (Germany). After passing his first state law exam, he carried out his legal training at the Higher Regional Court of Celle (Germany), part of which involved working in an international commercial law firm and at a higher regional authority. Arne Stumpe joined Luther in 2023.
