Caroline Priwitzer focuses on advising clients on contract drafting and public procurement law. She assists public contracting authorities in the legally compliant implementation of Europe-wide procurement procedures and provides project-related support for complex procurement projects.
Caroline Priwitzer studied law at the University of Bayreuth, specialising in public law. After completing her master's degree at the University of Aberdeen (LL.M.), she completed her legal training at the Higher Regional Court of Celle. During this time, she worked as a trainee solicitor at the Hamburg office of a large law firm and also worked as a research assistant in the public sector at another international law firm. She has been a solicitor at Luther since February 2026.
