Sabrina Behbehani

Sabrina Behbehani advises contracting authorities and commercial enterprises when carrying out national and Europe-wide procurement procedures. She concentrates her practice on the award of construction and planning contracts, including advising on aspects of subsidy law. Her advisory services cover the entire procurement process, from the preparation of the procurement procedure, the drafting of the tender documents and relevant contracts and comprehensive assistance during the subsequent procurement procedure through to the award of the contract. Sabrina Behbehani advises both contracting authorities and contractors in procurement review proceedings.

Sabrina Behbehani studied law at Ludwig Maximilian University in Munich (Germany). Whilst at university, she initially worked as a student assistant and then as a research assistant for the energy law and renewable energy sources team of an internationally operating commercial law firm.

Before moving to Luther in February 2024, Sabrina Behbehani worked as a lawyer in a medium-sized commercial law firm in Munich, advising clients on matters related to public business law with an emphasis on public procurement and municipal business law.
