Christoph Kolb advises national and international clients on real estate and public commercial law. His practice focuses on providing legal support for project developments, transactions and complex planning and infrastructure projects. In addition, he has particular expertise in advising players in the healthcare sector, particularly on regulatory requirements and public law issues. He supports clients at the interface between private property law and statutory requirements and develops practical solutions for economically challenging projects.
Christoph Kolb studied law at the University of Passau and the University of Dundee. He completed his legal training in the Traunstein district court district and in Munich. He has been practising as a solicitor at Luther’s Leipzig office since 2023.
Before beginning his studies, he pursued a career as a reserve officer in the German Armed Forces and continues to serve as a reservist and liaison officer in the field of civil-military cooperation.
