Lea Franken provides public business law advice, with a special emphasis on environmental, planning, nuclear and radiation protection law.

Lea Franken studied law at Ruhr University in Bochum (Germany) from 2013 to 2018, with an emphasis on public, environmental and planning law (focus area “Economic administration, environment and infrastructure”). Following her first state law exam, she carried out her legal training at the Regional Court of Düsseldorf, which inter alia included a training period at the Administrative Court of Aachen (both Germany).

After passing her second state law exam in 2021, Lea Franken joined Luther’s Environment/Planning/Regulatory (EPR) team. Her clients include renowned public and private businesses, whom she advises on all environmental and planning law issues, in particular in complex infrastructure projects.
