Annkathrin Egerer-Tratt primarily advises medium-sized businesses and the public sector on matters pertaining to private building and architectural law. In addition to providing advice during projects, this also includes enforcing and defending against warranty and fee claims.
Annkathrin Egerer-Tratt’s legal practice focuses on architectural and planning law. She also advises on the implementation of forward-looking contractual arrangements and methods, such as lean construction and building information modelling.
Annkathrin Egerer-Tratt studied law at the University of Freiburg (Germany). She then carried out her legal training at the Regional Court of Freiburg, which also included training periods in the real estate departments of a medium-sized and an international law firm.
