Iris Glönkler

Iris Glönkler primarily advises public and private clients on all matters pertaining to building and architectural law, from the drafting of contracts, the provision of advice during construction and claim management through to the enforcement of claims for defects or damages in legal proceedings. Her services also include providing assistance at the interface between public procurement and building law. Having litigated numerous construction cases, she has a thorough understanding of technical matters, which enables her to provide solution-oriented advice.

Real Estate

Iris Glönkler studied law at the University of Konstanz (Germany). After graduating from university, she carried out her legal training in the District of the Higher Regional Court of Frankfurt am Main (Germany). Iris Glönkler has been advising on building and architectural law since 2017. In 2018, she moved to Lutz Abel, a law firm renowned for its expertise in building law. Iris Glönkler joined Luther’s Stuttgart, Frankfurt and Munich offices as Counsel in March 2022 and was made a Partner in 2024.

In addition to working as a lawyer, Iris Glönkler imparts her knowledge as an instructor working for various large seminar providers, such as TÜV Süd Akademie. She is a regular co-author of the trade magazines IBR and IMR.
